Submission Terms

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You should carefully read the following Terms. Your submitting an artwork implies that you have read and accepted this Terms.

REGISTRATION

To submit artwork the author has to pass the process of registration which henceforth allows the author to access author account entering login and password.

Registration process implies submitting contact information, such as author's name, e-mail address or web address and other fileds which is on the registeration form page. First Name and Last Name is supposed to be published as Author name on author's page and under his/her submitted artwork inf website and in e-magazine.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

With each artwork the author has to provide a title, a description, and whatever fields are marked mandatory in artwork submission form.

The title as well as description must be clear, convey the subject matter of the artwork as precisely as possible.

The artwork image must be in gif or jpeg format and Image size should not be less than 909 X 650px so that the quality can be maintained.

The content of the artwork must be creative and unique. In case we discover the artwork has been stolen from other site or copied from other resources and from other artist’s artwork we will shut down the author account without the right of renewal, remove all the artworks by the author already listed on our website and ban him from submitting artwork in future.

ARTWORK ADMISSION ON MAGAZINE

Each artwork is reviewed by our CG artist before it is accepted or rejected for publishing on our e-magazine. The author will be notified if the artwork is selected for e-magazine in his/her profile page.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
